In October 2003 we had a visit from Radio Nottingham's Jeff Owen (pictured above), who presented his regular daytime radio show from the One Stop Shop.  His show involved speaking to some of the clients from our employment projects and hearing about their success stories.

The Access to Work Project

With the help of staff, informed me of benefits of finding employment. Staff were able to calculate my benefits entitlement and financially I was better off by £70 per week.

Grants helped with equipment for starting work and helping to gain a PSV license.
