On the 20th of October 2004, the One Stop Shop held a consultation event with Marsh:Grochowski architects and Richard Wood, from the Planning and Strategies department of the City Council. 

The theme of the event is the proposed changes of the embankment area of the Meadows.  This event gave Meadows residents the chance to voice their opinions on the developments and to see a 3D virtual computer model of what the finished project will look like.
