Our Employment Team give help and support to people of all ages and from all walks of life. Here is some of the feedback that we have received from those people who use the One Stop Shop.
All the Staff that I have worked with have gone above and beyond to help me. They have helped me beyond this premisis, taking me to appointments and following up the staff at the Meadows Advice Centre to ensure they are doing all they can for me. Matt has helped me a huge amount with looking at college courses, helping with application forms and forwarding them to the appropriate place. He's been friendly and I been able to talk more comfortably with him throughout my meetings with him. Sharon has been so good to me; she's followed up contacts that are dealing with me and explained what she's doing in detail to make sure I understand. Since the first meeting, she has been so helpful. She accompanied me to meetings and when things didn't go to plan she chased people up and made sure everything that could be done was being done. Thank you ever so much : = ))

Came in to get a CV, and got some really useful support and information from the advisor. So much better than Job Centre who just treat you like an idiot. Give these people at One Stop Shop more funds to help us local people. Thank you very much Lee. :-)

How can you put into words the feeling of respect I have to all the team at the One Stop Shop. They have made me believe in myself again. This would not have been possible without their guidance and support over the time I have been with them.
