Our Community Engagement Worker, Guy Jones, makes contact with local residents in the Meadows area by any appropriate means and supplies information about local projects, facilities and services as required. He also meets and engages with local residents on appropriate occasions such as residents' meetings, community events or at established meeting points.
The particular focus for Guy is the New and Emerging Communities within the Meadows, for example, Polish and African. Guy is trying to engage with these communities through a conversation group, a media group which is taking photographs and making videos; the Meadows Cricket Club, and Kidz United to name but a few.

Meadows Welcome Pack
The Welcome Pack is now available and is aimed at giving people new to the Meadows the basic information that they need to access services, get help and have fun. It is also being translated into six languages, inluding Polish, French, Urdu and Chinese.
